JJANG

JJANG is a brand new restaurant from a client who wants to explore the F&B field in Hong Kong. The outlet aims to provide an all-in-one environment for their customers, with a cafe, a bar and a restaurant that can be used interchangeably from morning to night time. The design went with an elevated industrial look and feel, with a welcoming open shop front to create a semi-outdoor environment for the cafe zone, the bar in the centre of the store and lots of comfortable banquette seatings for the dining area. The cafe area is designed with dimmable lighting so that it can also serve as a bar during the night. The VIP rooms within the dining area are designed with movable partitions so that the entire space can be opened up to host special events. In this new generation where flexibility and mobility is key, the restaurant is also designed to embrace these flexibility in use of space and purposes.
